What types of fruit will be sorted in the packinghouse ?
What is the required capacity in tons/hour for each type of fruit ?
How the fruits come to the packinghouse ? by field boxes, by bins, by trolley, by big trucks etc. ?
What are the number of grades according to which the fruit is to be sorted, and which of them are commercial and require sizing (calibration)? is the fruit to be sorted according to is color (as is used for tomatoes and apples)?
How many different sizes are used in sizing of the fruit? which are the commercial sizes? Please, specify the dominant sizes in percentages of the total fruit to be sized.
What kind of treatment need for the fruits? washing, disinfection, brushing, waxing and polishing of the fruit?
