What do you sort? Summer fruits and citrus, mostly clementines.

How much fruit do you sort? 2,000 tons per year.

Which Eshet Eilon technologies do you use? We purchased sorting machines as well as a feeding line. The first machine was purchased in 2005. Now it’s already our third and fourth machine. We renew the machines every few years.
