New Sorting Line for Pineapple in Indonesia

ESHET EILON is proud to establish the first packinghouse for pineapples in Indonesia.

The advanced sorting line was established after a long period of intensive work with the local company, and with extraordinary cooperation.

The line is designed for fresh pineapple, and has a capacity of about 25 tons of pineapple per hour. The sorting is done by weight, and with the help of an optical system that measures color, length, diameter, shape and more.

According to a recent market study, Indonesia is the largest producer of fresh pineapple in Asia, with approximately 2.9 million tons of fruit annually.
