Eshet Eilon is Building an Optical Sorting Line for Shufersal

 

Eshet Eilon is setting up an advanced optical sorting line for Shufersal – the largest food retail chain in Israel, which will allow it to deliver the best products via its online shipments.

The unique system – a first of its kind in the world – will conduct an optical analysis for the fruits and vegetables arriving to the chain’s main logistics center from various suppliers, and will automatically grade the produce.

The new line will conduct advanced treatments that help to expand the shelf life of fruits and vegetables, and take care of their cleanness.
