Eshet Eilon will take care of the manufacturer’s every need, starting with receiving the fruit at the factory all the way to automatic palletizing of the lemons. The sorting parameters are Diameter, Color, Weight and Defects.

The color parameter refers to the intensity of the color and its uniformity. Other quality parameters that are taken into consideration while determining the quality of the products are: smoothness of the skin, decay, and of course the unique shape of the lemon, with its sharp ends in both sides.
