Sorting capability of over 100,000 fruits per hour

Eshet Eilon’s latest project in Israel has a sorting capability of over 100,000 fruits per hour. The 6-channel high-speed sorter handless round mangoes, avocados 🥑 and all types of #citrus 🍋 fruits.

The advanced optical sorting system sorts the fruits into four quality levels, according to parameters of size, color, weight and external defects.
