Eshet Eilon is building a new avocado line for Signum Fresh Fruit Exporters in Kenya

The project is following a big number of new avocado lines that Eshet Eilon installed in Kenya (7 in 2020, and 3 this year).
Signum, based in Nairobi, is a leading exporter of fresh produce – mainly avocados and mangoes.
According to an article* from April 2021, the value of Kenya’s avocado exports almost doubled in the first quarter of this year, compared to 2020.
Kenya, which is ranked 8th globally in avocado production, exported 26,481 tonnes of the fruit between January and March 2021, compared to 15,101 tonnes in the same period of 2020.
